From initial brainstorming sessions down to the final champagne toast, WORKSHOP worked with Meetup to create a one-of-a-kind day for their first ever gathering of organizers. Togetherfest was meant to be a balance of inspiration and practical conversations, fun and learning, listening and talking. After finding a location that could accommodate both large group talks and small group discussions, we set about to design a space that felt warm and intimate while still providing a wow to attendees. Small touches, like everyone having a personalized plant to take home or a live brass band on parade, ensured all the Meetup organizers felt appreciated, honored, and happy. The programing and production ensured that Meetup staff had an opportunity to get feedback on their product and announce new features in a beautiful and functional setting.
