We create products, content and experiences to surprise, delight and engage, partnering with organizations who are building the kind of world we want to live in.
We believe in community over competitiveness, right over easy, whiskey over water, and good over evil.
We are designers, and we are friends.
We are WORKSHOP.

20,000 visitors over 10 days at Etsy’s first physical retail shop
The Etsy Holiday Shop brought the magic of Etsy to life, showcasing both the quality and one-of-a-kind-ness of over 300 different handmade and vintage products. From concept and location to layout and programming, we’ve never been charged with so much or been prouder of a result. This wouldn’t have been possible without our extended family, especially Randy Hunt, Diana Frame, Susan Hootstein, James Cahill, and Jonny Santos. Read what Etsy had to say about it.
The Shop hosted programming from cocktail making to live music, including this wreath-making workshop with Grace Bonney and the Design*Sponge team.

From websites to wayfinding, identities to interactive maps
We’ve been working with this audacious organization on a multitude of projects since 2008. We’ve conducted special ops for the TEDPrize team, TED Partnerships, TED Fellows, the annual TED conference in Long Beach, TEDActive in Palm Springs, and TEDYouth.
Jessi created the identity for the first-ever TEDYouth conference, which included custom lettering for programs, banners, badges, and stage graphics.

The Premiere Non-Conference For Friendly Interneters
If you’ve attended, you know: Brooklyn Beta is not your typical web conference experience. Much of that has to do with its founders and attendees who are as generous as they are talented. But we like to think just a smidge of it has to do with our loving production of this one-of-a-kind event.
We’re talking 3 days of programming, 9 meals, 12 kegs, 4 cases of whiskey, 6 pompons, and 360 badges… not to mention custom-designed stage decor, pillows, tumblers, buttons, t-shirts, hats, water bottles, pens, pennants, afternoon snacks, and foam fingers. Pulling off Brooklyn Beta is truly a team effort.

Our co-working space in DUMBO Brooklyn is overflowing with independent creative professionals. Sharing ideas and beers with these talented people on a regular basis has upped our game and our quality of life.

Jessi set off to TEDActive with nothing but seven pairs of undies in her suitcase. In this 5-minute talk, she shares what she found to wear, sourcing only second-hand clothes from the local thrift shops, plus the lessons she picked up along the way.

Our Studiomate Tina (aka swissmiss) founded Tattly, for designery temporary tattoos in 2011. Since then, we’ve watched firsthand the hard work that’s gone into its meteoric rise, and Jessi is proud to have created five rainbow-tastic designs.

The observations of a color-loving designer, this is Jessi’s personal blog. Thusly, this is a good place to find a high concentration of rainbows, Muppets and colorful second-hand style.

We’re seriously into them. What started out as Jessi’s Rainbow Birthday turned into a series of Rainbow Parades, which resulted in the official World’s Largest Rainbow Parade.
still by Wild CombinationThe theme of this conference is Contrast. Jessi kicks things off, giving the first talk on the first day!
Jessi talks, and then we’ll make an attempt to break the record for World’s Largest Rainbow Parade. Calling all color lovers, you’re invited to join the parade!
As you can see, we keep pretty busy
