No, it’s not a defunct punk reggae band. It’s the phrase that best describes what just happened here at WORKSHOP.

Almost without anyone noticing, our very special friend Chris Roan appeared in our studio, customized cake in hand. The message on the box lovingly etched in icing? WAY BEYOND VERTICAL, with special emphasis on the W.

Then as quickly as he arrived, and almost before we could snap his photo, he disappeared.

Now that he’s gone, all we’re left to do is chow down on delicious chocolaty goodness while contemplating the meaning of “a trajectory straighter than straight.”
