5 Years of Derby!

By now you all know the rundown: great folks, great booze, cool venue (Rose), cheese grits and the most exciting two minutes

in sports. So we’ll just stick to the NEW parts of our 5th Annual Derby Party...

Our Inaugural Derby Hat Contest experienced what can only be described as enthusiastic participation. Thanks to all our snazzy hat wearin’ guests, especially our winner, runner up and congeniality prize winners: Ellen Haller, Nicky Agate and Antonio Furgiuelle respectively.

Master of Ceremonies, the illustrious Chris Roan, kept the party flowing with his derby trivia and hosting skills. Perhaps his greatest feat was sporting full-on jockey attire, custom sewn by Martha Taylor.

Performances by The Dig and Kentucky-native d.w.box rounded out the evenings entertainment with some smoking tunes.
